Lindsey joined the Marine Licensing team in 2019, following a background in terrestrial planning permission. She is head of Marine Licensing Operations in the Marine Management Organisation (MMO). Lindsey oversees the day-to-day operations of the Marine Licensing team, including people and performance. Her team are responsible for the delivery of marine licence applications (including the associated variations and returns activity) and are statutory advisors to nationally significant infrastructure projects (NSIPs), Lindsey also oversees complex and contentious cases as well as having a stakeholder role across several marine industry areas, including Ports.
