National Highways

Amy joined National Highways in January 2024, and is responsible for the government-owned company's economic development programme and spatial planning policy. Working closely with National Highways’ regional teams Amy’s team delivers a consistent and effective spatial planning function.

Before joining National Highways Amy spent nearly ten years working in planning, strategy and policy roles with local authorities in the North West. This included experience in transport, housing, decarbonisation and economic development.

Amy is a fellow of the Royal Geographical Society.
