David is a Director in the Investment and Advisory team at the National Wealth Fund and leads on Ports and Offshore Wind Supply Chain. He has a wealth of prior experience including leading the set-up of the Celtic and Humber Freeports, senior commercial roles within Associated British Ports and investment banking in the Power, Utilities and Infrastructure team within Barclays Investment Bank.
