Rebecca is Head of Marine Licensing Operations in the Marine Management Organisation (MMO) leading on Renewables, Ports & Marinas and Coastal Resilience and Flood Defence marine licences, including those deemed in NSIP projects. Rebecca works alongside colleagues and stakeholders to support UK economic growth by enabling sustainable marine activities and development while protecting and enhancing the marine environment. Rebecca engages with teams and policy leads across government to shape changes and develop guidance and future policy. Day to day this work feeds in to making evidence based Marine licensing decisions, supporting government goals and building relationships.

For the past 7 years Rebecca has been involved in NSIP projects throughout the process providing advice and information to a range of stakeholders.
