Leticia is a Deputy Director at Drewry, a leading provider of research and consulting services to the maritime, ports and shipping industry.

A chartered engineer CEng MICE with over 20 years of consulting experience, her earlier career focused on port engineering, design and port planning. She then specialised in port business strategy and market advisory, encompassing revenue generation / competitiveness assessment of ports and terminals but also technical capex / opex elements.

Leticia is part of the advisory arm of Drewry and she advises port authorities, port businesses, investors and lenders on both market / strategy studies and port sector M&A transactions. Leticia occasionally contributes to the research arm of Drewry particularly in port and terminals publications. Beyond ports and terminals, she has a broader focus on container shipping and container equipment leasing and leads Drewry’s green and smart port advisory efforts.
